Pre-registered in-person attendees must confirm their registration via this website and pay a catering fee (MYR 120 for 3-days or MYR 200 for 5-days), which covers lunches during the meeting. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sign up and pay for a group dinner (MYR 120.00) scheduled for Wednesday, 22 January, at the Tenera Hotel.

The payment portal will open on 15 December; the deadline for payment is 10 January, 2025.
